Legacy Strategy Intensive Application

Complete this brief application to determine whether a 90-minute Legacy Strategy Intensive is appropriate for your situation. This process is designed for individuals with significant assets, business interests, or major life transitions including divorce, widowhood, or remarriage.

Does Your Current Plan Align with Your Current Reality

Most women have documents in place, but those documents often no longer reflect current assets, relationships, or long-term goals. this creates gaps that often are not discovered until decisions need to made under pressure.

Where Most Plans Fall Out Of Alignment

As income grow, assets change, and life circumstances evolve, estate planning often remains static.
Documents created years earlier no longer reflect current ownership, relationships, or long-term intentions. In many cases, there is no clear coordination between accounts, property, and decision-making authority.

  • Assets titled inconsistently across accounts and entities
  • Outdated documents that no longer reflect current relationships
  • No clear structure for control or decision-making
  • Beneficiaries exposed to unnecessary delay or risk
  • Assumption that "something is in place" when it is not or not sufficient

The issue is rarely the absence of documents. It is the lack of alignment.

What We Do in the Strategy Session

  • Review of your current assets and legal structure (i.e. how you own the asset)
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated planning
  • Evaluate how your structure functions under real-world conditions
  • Clarify control, decision-making, and beneficiary impact
  • Outline the appropriate structure based on your current position

By the end of your 30-minute planning session, you will have a clear understanding of whether your current plan works as you intend and need it to, and what needs to be changed to make it work as you intend and need it to.

This Is a Structured Legal Review

Your Planning Session Is Not a General Legal Consultation

This 30-mionute strategy session is designed for women (and their families) who have built financial independence and want to ensure their legal structure reflects it.

Your strategy session will be focused, direct, and intended to identify what needs to be addressed now to avoid complications later.

This planning is not limited to what happens to your assets upon your death. Your plan will govern how decisions are made over time, including periods of transition (divorce, remarriage, or other life change), retirement, and potential incapacity or illness.

THIS STRATEGY SESSION IS NOT INTENDED FOR GENERAL QUESTIONS OR BASIC DOCUMENT REVIEW
