You rebuilt your life.

If you estate plan was created during a prior marriage or before your assets grew, it is often misaligned with your current reality.
That creates real exposure.

  • Outdated beneficiaries that no longer reflect your intentions
  • Former spouses still embedded in legal structures
  • Children from different relationships left unprotected or in conflict
  • Assets positioned to transfer in ways you would not choose today
  • Business interests with no clear succession or control plan
  • Tax benefits unclaimed or unused

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • Divorced or widowed women in midlife
  • Women who chose to remain single
  • Women entrepreneurs and business owners
  • Women entering or considering remarriage
  • Net assets of at least $500,000
  • Clients who want a strategic plan, not generic documents

This is the starting point for any woman with assets who needs estate planning done correctly

The Legacy Strategy Intensive

This process beings with a brief introductory meeting to assess your situation and determine whether a full strategy session is appropriate.  If so, we proceed to your 90-minute Legacy Strategy Intensive, where we identify what is exposed, what needs to change, and how to properly structure your estate plan based on your current life, assets, and future decisions.

  • Review of your current estate documents, if any
  • Identification of legal gaps created by divorce, loss, or remarriage
  • Analysis of how your assets are currently positioned to transfer
  • Planning for children, blended family dynamics, and future spouses
  • Evaluation of business ownership, control, and succession exposure
  • Clear legal strategy for what needs to be fixed and how to fix it

Initial call is required before scheduling full session.

What You Leave With

The Legacy Planning Session has a clear, concise agenda. You will leave with an understanding of what is at risk and exactly what needs to be done now to correct it.

  • A written Legacy Action Plan outlining your next steps
  • Clear identification of legal exposure in your current structure
  • Specific recommendations for protecting your assets and intentions
  • A framework for addressing family, remarriage, tax, and business considerations
  • A defined path forward if you choose to implement your full plan

If you move forward with a full estate plan, the session fee is applied.
