Prenups can be drafted for any U.S. state; trusts follow Florida law unless you request another jurisdiction.

Our initial fee is refundable within 48-hours of payment, less any convenience fee charges, however, once we start working on your file, we will apply the attorney's usual hourly rate to the work completed. No final documents will be provided without payment in full.
